Q: How can I place quotations for service requests?

A: You need to register in the system as a Supplier. Once you log in to the system, you can access all service requests you can quote for, by clicking on the ‘CivFast Service Requests’ menu item. You can quote on any service requests that are in the ‘Pending’ status. Click on a ‘View’ link in the listing table and you can view details of the service request. On the bottom part of the view screen, you can enter your quotation details and submit.

Q: Why don’t I see any service requests to quote?

A: You can only see Service requests that are matching with your services and Locations. You have to specify for what Locations and services you wish to receive Service requests for.
Firstly, log in to the system and Go to ‘My Locations’. Make sure you have added all States and regions of those states where you provide services to.
Secondly, go to ‘My Service’ and add the Plant Hire, Services, Material and Fill types you can cater to.
Finally, go to ‘Notification Settings’ and select the services and the states and regions of these services you wish to receive requests for.
